Outside Activities

These past few days have been a bit warmer than our usual January weather so the kids have taken advantage of spending some time outside. While we enjoy this warm spell it unfortunately melts all the snow which in turn reveals South Dakota's state color...DIRT BROWN! Our lawn is in an in-between phase and will hopefully will be green come spring but for now you see it as it is. By the way, Zach made the shot!






Another thing the kids have enjoyed lately is having Aunt Helaine here for a 3-week visit over Christmas break. Today is her last day before she heads back to Northland Baptist Bible College in Wisconsin where she works as assistant dorm supervisor. She and Logan took advantage of some time on the tire swing this afternoon.
